Return policy

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the legal right to return the item. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the time you received all the products in your order. This means that you can request a return without giving any reason within this period.

If you wish to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, you must contact our customer service at the email address info@styxmotor.com and send the product back to us within 14 days from the date on which we indicate the procedure to be followed for the return.

Once the return process has been completed and your package has been received at the destination address, the condition of the returned item(s) will be checked. After verifying that they are undamaged and unused, a refund of the purchase price will be issued within 14 days of receipt, excluding public holidays.

The right of return does not apply if you have used the item(s) and it is out of its original packaging.

2. Returning a defective product

If you consider a product to be defective or not in conformity with your order at the time of delivery, please contact us without delay by email, giving details of the product, including the order number, and the defect. We will then advise you how to proceed. If the goods are not in conformity with the contract, we will comply with the applicable legal guarantee of conformity of goods. This means that the product must meet the reasonable expectations that you, as a consumer, can expect from the product.
